Julia Lou

Experience：
Julia Lou joined PCA Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) in March 2017, and was appointed as Chief Risk Officer in April 2023. She heads the risk management function at PCALT, leading and managing the Company’s Risk Management, Legal and Public Affairs, Information Security and Business Continuity Risk.
Julia has broad experience in the financial industry. With nearly 30 years of work experience, she has held key finance, accounting, and auditing positions in various financial conglomerates, including Cardif Life, TCoB Life and Manulife. She was also an external auditor in Ernst & Young.
Julia graduated from the Accounting Department of Tamkang University and holds a number of professional qualifications, including Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate, Annuity Products and Administration Program (AAPA) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) certificates from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
